Established in 2021, during the Covid pandemic, the business has grown to the success it is today.

Ashley
Founder and Lead Consultant

Ashley has worked in HR for 10+ years, with over four of those as the founder of Loxley HR.

 

Having obtained CIPD qualifications through the earlier years within the profession, she went on to obtain a MSc in International Human Resource Management.

 

Ashley is passionate about supporting excellent relationships in the workplace.

 

Ashley works with business owners, line managers and employees to establish and maintain excellence, across all areas of the HR profession.

Abbi
HR Assistant

Abbi joined the team in 2025. With a background in HR within the Education sector, Abbi is very well placed to support a range of our clients with their HR needs.

 

Abbi currently focuses on the administrative function here at Loxley HR and has a passion for creativity both inside and outside of the Company.
